Step 1.
Select an agent and sign a listing agreement after providing the Title Deed and Passport copy of the landlord

Step 2.
Get your home evaluated and determine annual rent

Step 3.
Review marketing plan for the property with your agent

Step 4.
Arrange property for viewing availability

Step 5.
Accept a suitable offer. Negotiate if necessary.

Step 6.
Agree on terms and conditions of tenancy including rent, maintenance, duration, etc.

Step 7.
Seller agent along with buyer agent prepares SPA and other necessary documents

Step 8.
Sign Tenancy Agreement, tenant to submit rent cheque and security deposit, pay agent fees

Step 9.
Landlord to submit Ejari contract along with title deed, security deposit passport copy/visa copy of landlord and tenant
